IA4SI, Impact Assessment for Social Innovation

Antonella Passani is a sociologist and cultural anthropologist with a PhD in Social Sciences. As a researcher, her interests include digital social innovation, interdependencies between ICT, engagement and community building processes, and participatory practices and facilitation methods, among others. She is currently partner at T6 Ecosystems, leading the Society, Innovation and Social Capital department. Antonella is the scientific coordinator at IA4SI, a project that develops a quali-quantitative methodogy to measure the societal, economic, political and environmental impact of Digital Social Innovation initiatives. The aim of IA4SI is to estimulate and coordinate social initiatives based on digital technologies, offer tools for impact self-assesment, make a research roadmap and engage citizens to become aware of the importance of Social Innovation. Antonella has also worked on the development of impact assessment methodson several fields and has carried out research and participative actions in schools for fighting discrimination and bullying.
