PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, with more than forty years of experience in marketing, sales and project management in the field of Information and Communications Technologies. He has held senior positions in BULL (Technical Director 9, ENTEL (Managing Director and Director), CRESTEL (Founding Partner), GE (Mark III Country Manager) and PW (Direct entry Partner). He was Director General of Red 2000, a digital television channel dedicated to ICT, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Business Economics in EMU, and Director of the Internet Day. He has published more than three hundred articles, nine books, collaborated in the edition of three others. He coined and defined the term TELEMATICS (computer and telecommunications integration) in 1977. It is the first national prize of technological journalism by the Ministry of Transport and Communications and by IBM. It is the first national award for the professional career dedicated to the diffusion of telecommunications convened, in its first edition, by Airtel.
