Pablo Pascale is responsible for the Citizen Innovation Project of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) that works in 22 countries. Expert in public innovation and social entrepreneurship in Latin America, with more than 10 years of experience in the sector. Pablo has created and led several innovation labs in the region, driving open technologies and solutions developed by citizens to address some of the most pressing challenges of our time. It has also accompanied the acceleration of innovation processes in more than 100 public institutions in different Ibero-American countries. Before joining SEGIB, Pablo worked in the public administration inaugurating a ministerial program of citizen participation in Uruguay, he has been a researcher in applied creativity and innovation in universities in Spain, and was a consultant for international organizations such as the United Nations on intercultural issues and participation. Pablo is a doctor of social psychology.
